How often do you need to dismount, re-glue, and re-mount tubular tires? Does anyone have a good link to instructions for mounting tubulars?

I would only re-glue if you get a flat. Chances are you are going to flat before you need to re-glue.

For mounting I followed these directions.

Annually, or when the glue becomes dry and hard, rather than tacky. Ideally, if you only use the tires during the spring/summer/fall, you'll glue them up in March, and remove them in November before the glue dries up. It can be quite a pain removing a cemented tubular after sitting in a dry, hot room all winter.
