none last night.
I went to my girls' last swim meet and was exhausted....oh, and also, my sweet little red headed boy who's four, was hanging on me all evening. At one point, he came up to me and started squeezing the skin on my tummy (I swear it's hard as a rock under there). I said, "Please stop doing that." He said (with NO remorse at all), "But I like it. It's like play-doh."
WAAAAAAA!!!!!!! okay, 4 kids in 4 years = extra skin. Not a ton, but I won't be wearing a bikini ever again :(

Sorry. 70 mile bike+7 mile run+.9mile swim.....then core. Felt like a champ and still do. If I can feel good on my 2 hour run and hour ride tomorrow I will be really pumped.

okay did I read correctly, You did a 9 mile swim? 70 mile bike+7 mile run+.9mile .......... have I got that right?
Okay so nothing yesterday, 4 today, 5 the day before and 2 the day before puts me on 62.....loving my new body shape.......
I Watched the Iron Man France today, amazing stuff, I was in tears half the time, I can't believe it, it was about 28C in the shade, and these guys were running and biking and sweating, Winner came in around 8 45, top stuff. I will be there one day.

Warrior, a (.9) mile swim. I wish I could swim 9 miles. I have teared up a few times watching an IM. Usually when they show the age groupers crossing the line.

Warrior! Sorry we didn't get to meetup, but that was such an amazing race right? it was blazing hot yet everyone was just trucking through. I was watching pretty much at the start through the finish (sorry I couldn't call--my phone was broken). Anyway! Round 4
Core through the race season and summer should be a challenge. As always, everyone is welcome to participate as much as or as little as you would like.
Rules:
1. 100 reps = 1 point.
2. 1 minute of timed exercises(planks etc.) = 50 reps.
3. Core specific exercises only. Abs, obliques, lower back.
4. Begin May 26 and End July 14 (The 14th counts for total pts).
5. You are NOT out if you miss a day, but the goal is to work the core for 50 straight days.
6. On this thread, we can post our daily or weekly totals and share routines/results. etc.
7. The picture page can be used for those interested in before and after pics.
8. Pushups should be counted separately and should remain in their own category.
50 pushups = 1 point.
9. Determine the added worth of certain exercises and give yourself the extra points.
Ex. Reverse roman chair leg raises might be worth double. So 50 = 1 point.
This is not a competition, it is for personal improvement, so this won't be a problem.
