8-week sprint training program

I've been training on my own for about 5 months now and am confident about completing my first sprint tri in 8 weeks. Given that this is my first time though, I would like to get into a good training rhythm as the event gets closer but I can't find a sprint program that is built for a non-entry level person. Any tips?
At this point, I'm fine on distance for all three legs and have been pushing myself pretty hard to work on speed, bricks, and transitions so now I'm really thinking most about making sure that I don't burn out before the event and that I'm putting myself in a position to do well.
