Numbing Problem - Help!

Sounds like a positioning problem. If you're not fitted right on the bike you're riding then you can put pressure on areas that will cause reduced curculation. Try adjusting the fit of the bike and see if that goes away.

If your on a lifecycle at the gym make sure the seat is set at the right height ( or closest to right) and as you get the feeling stand out of the saddle for 30 secs or so to get some blood flow.
On your own bike as the above post says make sure you are fitted correctly.

Hey everybody, anytime I go over 30 minutes on the bike in the gym I get a numb feeling around my groinal region, like everything is asleep. It goes away when I get up and walk around, but I'd rather avoid it in the first place as reducing blood flow to that area is not a goal of mine. 1- Is this normal? 2- How can I avoid it?
