Pain free running

Has anyone heard of or use Julstro Manual Therapy techniques? It is a self massage technique created by Julie Donnelly. I came across the website while researching repetitive strain injuries. I am a big fan of the Trigger Point techniques which look to be about the same idea but was just wondering if this was any better or worse?

She has written a couple of books that I have heard of "The Pain Free Runner" and "The Pain Free Triathlete". Anyone read any of these books? I am thinking of getting one or both and just wanted to hear some comments.

never heard of it and or her...and never heard of the books

sorry I'm of no help...

however I will say I get regular massages from my massage therapist and it seems to help...
