Has anyone heard of or use Julstro Manual Therapy techniques? It is a self massage technique created by Julie Donnelly. I came across the website while researching repetitive strain injuries. I am a big fan of the Trigger Point techniques which look to be about the same idea but was just wondering if this was any better or worse?
She has written a couple of books that I have heard of "The Pain Free Runner" and "The Pain Free Triathlete". Anyone read any of these books? I am thinking of getting one or both and just wanted to hear some comments.
