New sport psychology article
When it comes to what needs to be in your mind to make you reach your goal, there is never a one-size-fits-all philosophy. For some, this peaceful letting-go attitude can be healthy and productive. For others, it can feel without focus or structure. I largely agree with this article but I also feel that it is a stage in one's psychological evolution that needs to be reached by going through one's own trials and errors. Contextually, teaching this to a young person may not be as effective as a seasoned athlete. Some messages will only take root in mature soil.

This way actually makes me not want to read the articles since it feels spammy.
