I am doing my first olympic in a few months and I am only able to train 4 days a week but I have now worked up to essentially doing the distance of each leg when I train, (ex running 6 miles, swimming 1 mile, etc). My question is, how will this effect me when the race comes? Should I build in more bricks as the race gets closer? Also, what if on my long training days I did a sprint distance tri? Please advise.
