I am doing an olympic in 3 months and I have not been following the standard training plan due to the fact I am limited on time. What I end up doing is going the distance of each leg of the event once per week at a minimum, and if time allows doing a half leg throughout the week of each area on a rotating basis. I also doing a brick where I do half of each leg at the end of each week.
Is this a good plan to train with? I plan on being more diligent as it gets closer but I am not sure if this will hurt me.
