I have been wanting a smaller and better fitting frame for a little while, but i has never worked out for me. My slightly freakish build makes my choices pretty limited as to what will fit me, and those sizes and brands aren't often available. But I finally found one lightly used frame at a reasonable price on ebay. While it is not the Tiphoon of my dreams, its probably about as close as I will ever get!

I've ordered a bunch of new and new to me parts to be installed over the coming week, then hopefully it is done enough to go for a FIST fitting next week on Tuesday. Now, hopefully I get my above the elbow cast replaced with a short cast tomorrow, so I can get back to some sort of training. At least I have some motivation now!

Everything is on, just need to go for the fit and cut down the steerer tube.

Stupid wall is block with no dry wall. I have posters on the drywall to the right. Any suggestions for the concrete? I was actually hoping to put up my race numbers, but I am not going to tape them up...
For TryScott- there are TWO more Gator rugs in my garage :D

get that sticky-tack stuff that kids use to hang stuff on their dorm room walls. consistency is somewhere between playdoh and chewing gum and it lets you hang paper/posters without ruining the wall or the paper product.

nice bike, but it looks like it might be kind of tough to steer. ;-)

No name yet. I got to ride it and figure out it's personality first!

I've got a new basebar coming in this week, Profile AluminX. I'd have loved to have gotten a carbon bar, but they want almost as much as I paid for my frame, and in some cases more! Crazy.

His handle bar set up is actually the new "Handle Stub" You hold it like your...well you hold it with one hand and turn it right or left...simple!
+1 to sticky tack and for my numbers I use a poster frame: Solid back, plastic sliding frame pieces and plexiglass cover..works well.

I don't think I'd need a new bike for motivation if the view out my garage door was near as nice as yours
