I am trying to make my diet alot more healthy (went down hill a bit when I was injured), so my performance will be improve, recover faster etc. I am just wondering how much of my diet, should come from Carbohydrates, Protein and Fats for a athlete. I am working back upto 20 hours a week, and my diet has always been my weakest link.

+1 I like to do a lot of fruits also for the natural sugars and what not. I tend to do more carbs but the above should suffice for now and then you can taylor it a little more to suit you specifically. Good luck!

I try to aim for 50-60 carbs, and 20 - 30 of the other 2. When I track calories on FitDay, consistency isn't my strength. It's also important where you get the calories from. Getting fat from milk chocolate is obviously different than getting it from nuts.
