I would check ebay. You'll have to keep checking because these things change on a regular basis, but I found some great deals on ebay. Make sure you check out the dealers past feedback before buying though.
Good luck on your search (If you were closer to 60cm I could've sold you my old Kestrel 200Sc).

Again not a huge selection but occasionally some good stuff comes through, mostly road/mountain stuff not much on the tri specific:

I am a college student just starting triathlons with one problem. I have no bike. My budget is small and looking for used bikes in the newspapers seems almost useless with the small selections. Is anyone selling a used road or triathlon bike about 53cm-55cm? or know where I can find one?
