Rocky Raccoon 50-mile Endurance Run
"Only 2600 ft. of climbing". That is a great attitude. You are becoming quite an accomplished ultrarunner. I always enjoy your race reports. Congratulations!

Congrads on the PR!!!! Love the report too, thanks for the share.
Congrats, I read it yesterday when it appeared on the blog updates. You write great RR's. Very impressive.
I love race reports from ultra's. If everything goes well with my first IM's this year, I need to find an ultra for 2010. Thank you for the motivation.
congratulations!
way to knock it out in 11!
Hey, thanks guys! Can you imagine my RR when I run 100??? :)
gfd: Rocky's 2600 ft of climbing was "nothing" compared to Vermont's 11,000 feet of climbing!!!
Beads: Glad you liked the feet pix. I'm sure you've had your share! Btw: which ultra did you decide on next?

Damn it damn it damn it. I cracked and read it (maybe again ;) and it always makes me want to go do one. Stupid grad school limiting my training time.... I will be back to it though! I <3 trails and running!! Now I'm off to *not* look at upcoming races ;)

C'mon Kylie you know you want to Ultra (peer pressure here)
Star I am signed up for the South mountain 100k in May.
It is a Fat @ss event and Anton and Cayman are doing it as well.
The start is 10-15 minutes from my house ;-)
Then I am trying to think about a 100 miler in August which is also a FA.

Be nice! I did it once and I will be back... I just have to graduate first... or at least have less classes!
Enjoy the trail time... and *someday* I am going to do one with you (and Star/Anton/etc... I'll travel for it!)!

WOOT!Cant wait to get one of these under my belt!:)
Glorify God in your body!
Kylie: Training long is GREAT stress relief from grad school. So, when you decide on an ultra, let us know and I may be there!
Beads: What does "trying to think about a 100 miler" mean exacatly? It's either DO or NOT DO.
Anton: I know I won't be an ultrarunner til I run 100. Til then I'll be content with my peon status ;)
jtrimom: Go to Sunmart! I think it may be on the same course which was lots of technical fun!
