Has anyone used the Ironman training programs on Multisports.com? They have race specific 24 week programs for about $600. The programs are created by Paul Huddle and Roch Frey. Anyone ever used these? Are they worth the money?
Thanks

So my first thought was, "$600?! Is that a typo?" But then I checked out the plans, and it looks like the $600 includes online coaching as well as a training camp. They even have some plans that include entries into the race. I prefer the cheaper method of making my own plan, but if you've got the cash, why not?

i guess it depends on what your goal is. i/we used a freebie plan for our first 2 IM's. i wanted to PR by a lot and used a training plan from them. i did PR and have to think that their plan help me achieve that.

The cost most definitely does not include a training camp. BUT, I did use their program for IMC last year and it was pretty good. I'm going with one-on-one coaching this year to reach new goals, but it was a good way to go for my first.

You get unlimited access for questions with the coaches, which I would say is the best part... the best part being that the boys are ridiculous and make me laugh with almost every response to the athletes :D It is a bit expensive, but worth it if you've got the $$ and can't afford more personal coaching.
