Don't forget XTerras and the MTS Series ($50 for Oly I think....April 4th).
Anchorman may be expensive, but you do get a boat ride out of it! It's also a great primer for anyone who wants to do Escape from Alcatraz or Escape from the Rock.
Greatness is only achieved by those who perpetually raise the expectations of themselves to the point where it ruins their life.

Thanks for the feedback Nobody. I have the MTS series sprint there. I did make a mistake in my spreadsheet though. It's $65 up until February, not $75, which is pretty good value. I'll make the correction.
I was reluctant to put all the MTB races up there because the the organizers don't have to pay for road closures usually which is a significant cost. And which makes the entry fee for WF all the more outrageous. But, yeah, MTB triathlons can be a cheaper option.
In light of the difficult economic times I have starting rating the value of Nor Cal Triathlons starting with the early season Sprint Triathlons. The winner was the Stanford Triathlon and the loser Wildflower Mountain Bike Triathlon. Check out my blog and see if you agree.
