I have the Vortex Fullsuit. Awesome.
They are very professional and good at sizing over the phone. NO joke.I bought mine, tried it on, felt great, then went and tried on Ironman, Orca and Nineteen at local shops and the Xterra was the best for me. Great flexibility in the shoulders and very durable. Adjustable neck is great as well.

As far as full vs sleeveless there are many debates, I am a fullsuit supporter because the times when the water is cold you'll appreciate it, if the water is warm the chances are wetsuits will be banned regardless.

Don't worry about the overheat factor the arms on Xterra suits are only 1-2 mm thick so not going to add any more heat than a sleeveless, and trust me if you do a cold swim you'll want the fullsuit.

Some would argue time in gettting out of the suit is save in a sleeveless, if you are trying to podium it might be something to consider otherwise go full, I know nobody with a fullsuit that wishes they had a sleeveless, but I know people wishing they had fullsuits.

Go full, you'll go faster. I have the Xterra Ventilator and I LOVE it. Relatively easy to get in and out of, fair price, easy to clean. This is the only swimming type wetsuit that I've had. I found that a wetsuit is much like a bike as far as fitting goes. Try them all and find the one that fits well.
