Swim Coach
I fixed the link :)
way to be. I'm a very slow swimmer and I don't have to work around not using one of my arms. I guarantee that I will think of this story next time I think that swimming is just too much of a pain in the butt to finish a set, do speed work, etc.
Also, how does the shifting on your bike rides work out? It seems like it would be a very unstable endeavor. I have tried to shift 'wrong-handed' just out of curiosity and I was all over the road. Lastly, is it ok if I link your blog post to my blog?
I love swimming, but it was an adjustment learning how to do it with one arm. It has taken about a year to get good enough to not waste a coach's time :)
On the bike I have both shifters on the same side, so that helps a lot. I'm pretty stable except when I hit a big bump--have to be prepared to stabilize the handlebars.
Definitely go ahead and link!

I just had my first session with a swim coach, and wanted to share:
