Hi,

Does anyone know of a good tri coach in the Portland, OR, area? I want to train for an Olympic or half-IM (I've done one Olympic and several sprints).

Otherwise, does everyone here create their own training plans, or would you recommend tailoring a pre-existing plan?

Thanks!
M

There are a number of great plans already on the site here if you look through training tab up top. I know many people use the HIM plan that 'Big Matt' has created. Good luck!

Thanks!
Matt's plan is targeted to people who have done several Olympic tris, and I have not. I am not sure I would consider myself intermediate, even though i've been racing "casually" for 3 years. I DO want to get faster, and not just survive, so I wouldn't consider myself a beginner either. *sigh*
Anyway, thanks for your help!
