Do you mean REAL spininervals or the ones from the "activity during taper" thread? Ok, I am done now.

I just wish any of my friends liked the videos. It is probably the language barrier. If they had some we could trade and copy. 30 bucks each is to much for my exchange rate. haha.

I've got the aero-base builder 5 pack, #1 No Slackers & #2 Time Trial Special

I like them all, but I need to get some new ones for this winter because I know them by heart after last winter.

Don't you ride outside most of the year?

mid-week training is at 5am...if it's wet, i'm usually inside (which is quite a bit). weekends i try to get outside during daylight hours.
then I get wet for my commute @ 7:30 :)

drier months, I get outside midweek too

ahhh makes sense. I hear ya on the wet--just went for a run and it is nasty out. We have some wind along with the downpour that has been going on.

I have Have Mercy Part II, that's the only one and I've actually not watched it yet...so it's technically my favorite by default, but I may hate it.

I love running in the rain, not so much on the bike - probably because I don't like cleaning it

My favorite "Spinerval" is Competition 7.0 - 'Debbie does' The Uphill Grind ;-)

Actually I like to watch regular DVD's.

I usually do too, but yesterday (and today) it was windy and rainy. Tons of leaves clogging the drains so lots of standing water on the road and some flooding. I ended up taking a "shower" when a jack @ss busted through some water on the road next to me not bothering to slow down.

My bike is a mess with all the tire churned leaf bits now stuck to it!
