i can't see Kona Expat's but here is what i do three times a week after my weight sessions -
2x25 leg lifts
2x25 side bends with 45lb plates
2x25 roman chair back extensions w/35lb plate
2x25 stability ball curls
2x25 cable crunches w/40lbs
2x30 sit-ups
combined with my weight lifting sessions i have found this to be a good workout.
