*Smile, it does a body good*
Dude! I think you do this so you get the women of Trifuel in trouble at work! haha. let the posting and bump begin!
Wait to you see a post of my pale butt I ll light up a dark room let me tell you what!
Good luck with Naval OCS.
When you finish that you might be ready to do USMC Boot Camp.... maybe ;-)
However, if you have brains, you probably want to stick to the Navy ;-)
The beefecake pic will keep the 'TGGW' posting.

I wish I had some of those genetics!!
Pushups and wall squats - yeah right! Its fork and knife school for you buddy! I'm sure they will teach you how to behave properly in officer's country when you get to your first ship.
Seriously though - Good luck!
Pain is the sensation of weakness leaving the body!
Good luck at Naval OCS, you'll have fun.
And the Navy doing bear crawls and wall sits? I think you misread the brochure, it's eating Bear Claws while standing against the wall.
Welcome to the Military family!

Best of luck w/training,
but I suspect once they discover your tri skills they'll give you plenty of time for biking to go along with the jogging with 40lb pack through gator infested swamp and swimming upstream towing a PT boat painter between your teeth. heh.

I gained almost 20 lbs when I went into the Army, they kept sending us to the mess hall and making us sit around and do nothing. I hope your OCS will be more engaging, good luck!
Best of luck, and you better come back here once you get out :)
And yeah, nice family!

Have fun in the Navy. Dont run around in your speedo too much there. You know those Navy boys arent up to much good! Hopefully see ya around sometime.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I won't be posting for a while because I start Naval Officer Candidate School on Sunday in Rhode Island. I'm driving up there soon to get my head shaved and do push-ups for 3 months. By the time I'm done, I'll be horrendously out of tri-shape, but I'll be able to beat any one of you guys in bear crawls and wall sits! See you guys in January!
P.S. I'm including a recent family photo from my graduation weekend last month for jtrimom, et al. :)
