Well the racing season is upon us as many of you have your first races coming up in the next few weeks. I'm thinking about starting a new feature in the main area of the site and newsletter featuring in-depth race reports each week.
So, I need your assistance. I'll try to get reports from the pros, but I'd like to expand this season to include more reports from you guys - the age groupers, elites, middle, and back of the pack racers. This will be about sharing your experience with other members and readers in an effort to inspire and inform one another regardless of our placing or distances. It's about your personal goals and accomplishments - that feeling you get when you cross that finish line.
I won't be able to publish all the submissions. I'll choose based on the story. Word count will be important - about 1,500-2,000 is perfect. And if you've got photos, all the better. We'd love to put a face to the story.
So, if you've always wanted to be a writer (or already are one) and would like to see your name in the newsletter and trifuel's homepage (not quite Outside Magazine I know, but still...) and more importantly want to share your story with others, send me your contribution via Private Message.
As well, everyone is welcome to post their experiences and updates in the Race Reports forum. Thanks for your help guys. Good luck with the races!

Here's a sample from newbieclaire's Danskin experience last year.
