cortisol supplementation?
I am a vitamin junkie and visit one nutrition center hear in town. I told her I was trying to slim down a little more and she suggested a Cortisol type supplement. Been taking it for about 1 month thus far and there are some results.

Cortislim is the one that I have purchased.
The guy that invented this supplement is a triathlete and has written some books on cortisol.
As far as doing anything...I'll let you know in about 1 month. With supplements, I always give it two months for any type of results.

I am going to try cortistat ps. It is a anti catabolic cortisol stabilizer. I will report back also after a few weeks.

Not to burst any bubbles, but the whole cortisol/corti-slim thing is nonsense. For 999/1000 people, the problem is calories in versus calories out. The problem is that when you train, you get hungry, eat more, and never develop a "negative calorie balance". So you never drop any lbs. This is why (as the recent medical literature shows) it is WAY easier to get fit than it is to get thin.
There are people who have problems with a high cortisol level...they have something called Cushing's disease and they have a MAJOR health problem that requires an endocrinologist, not a supplement from the vitamin store.
Beware anything you see on an infomercial. There is a reason that it is sold by infomercial, not by prescription.

yeah cortisol is a joke, i dont have any weight issues but i agree with the USAT coach ... its calories. try changing your eating habits. eat smaller meals spread more through the day, try to think of eating in about 2 handfuls about once an hour. eat more protein and really dont eat much before bed. i usually have scrambled eggs for dinner, some pretzles and make some steamed broccoli or a sweet potato.
Stay away from White Flour and White Sugar that stuff is evil.

Hey guys I need some help. I have bumped up this year and have 4 Olympic distance events planned. I am having a hard time reducing my body weight even though I am training 5 days a week and eating a very sensible diet. I have been reading about cortisol and training and a lot of the effects of increased cortisol are my symptoms. I own my on business so my stress level is always high and there is not much I can do about that! What are some supplements I can look into to help? Any help will be appreciated!
