So I did a couple of 750 meter training swims
Glad it is feeling good! Another thing to do is to start breaking it up to work at some harder paces as well.
Time it, and make sure you know whether the pool is 25m or 25y. There's a guy who swims at the pool at my 24hr fitness who swears it's a 25m pool and at most it is a 20 (twenty) yard pool. I don't have the heart to burst his bubble about his awesome times.
Are you threatening me?

That's a good point about the length and how it is measured. I checked prior to swimming, it was 25 yards, so I added laps to compensate for the difference. BTW, I like the Beavis pic, good stuff.
I am the great Cornholio! I need TeePee for my bunghole. Don't make my bunghole angry!
Good job. Keep it up and you will get stronger.
Nothing to it, but to do it
Ironman here we come.

Know what I told Santa I wanted for Christmas? Spring.

Keep going... :)
Super sweet, sounds like you are in a groove. Keep up the dolphin work.

I did my second training swim of 750 meters tonight, I think on Friday when I go to do it, I am going to time it, it just seems too easy, I haven't had to stop. So either the cycling, running and heart surgery worked or I've become a better swimmer and I doubt that I've improved that much at swimming.
Mind you, I'm not racing, just swimming, but still for only my second time trying it my expectation was that I would not feel as good as I do.
