Garmin Footpod

I usually count foot strike per minute a few times every few runs. Not too difficult if you rock a watch, just takes a bit of practice. I've noticed mine doesn't change much, I'm always stuck between 89-91, now if I could just lengthen my stride I'd be quick.
It does keep cadence.

Does the Garmin Footpod provide cadence information or is it just speed and distance? I want to know what my running cadence average is over my runs and I think I'll lose count. ;)
