Cars, toughest 100-mile ride in U.S. can't kill 77-year-old cyclist
Thanks for sharing. I read the other stores! I hope some day to meet Lynne Cox.
I'll see your century, and raise you a double metric with 13,000 ft of gain.

I liked the article, but in the cycling community this just wouldn't be a big deal...I meet old dog cyclists all the time who do PBP or some other long ride and are in their 70's....that said, Hopefully I'll be lucky enough to still do a century in my 70's..and not one of those flat ones either!

Lynne Cox is awesome. Truly! If you haven't had the chance, check out her books, "Swimming to Antarctica" and "Looking for Grayson." She is a poetic writer.

Just read Swimming to Antarctica. Great book. I will check out the other one.
Thanks.

Triathlete, rides one of the nation's toughest centuries. Big deal? Oh yeah...Six epic crashes, two artificial hips and he's pushing 80 years old. An inspiration! Wanted to share....
