What a great site!
But to the point...
I am new to triathlon and I am finding swimming quite a challange. I had a friend, a college swimmer, have a look at me and she gave me quite a lot of advice, most of it working well and in line with all the stuff I have read here. One things seems to be contradicted again and again depending on who you ask/what you read. Where is my head meant to be when I'm swimming. Am I looking forward (as my friend advised) with the water line just over my goggles, or am I looking at the bottom, as I have read in various articles? Or somewhere in between? And how I know It's right?

Any responses much appreciated!
