Not this year, but did the race last year. It's a challenging bike course. hopefully the weather is nice and cool for you

I swam in the lake last week. I got super congested within 2 hours afterwards, and I still have an earache. So if you take allergy medicine. Make sure to take it before the race.
Anyone else headed to Palo, IA this weekend?
