Hi,
Is there a special technique to put this helmet on? Every time I try, one or both ear covers get unattached. Am I missing something?

Hi maui7301! The side wings
Hi maui7301!
The side wings on the Syton Supercomp TT helmet are removable and simply attach inside the helmet. Maybe check the area where they attach and make sure they are "snapped-in" tight. If they are barely in, they could fall off when you put the helmet on or worse when you are on your ride! If this doesn't help, please feel free to call our customer service department at (888) 860-7597 option #2 and we'd be happy to help!

Welcome Rudy :) Glad to see
Welcome Rudy :) Glad to see another product I like that is really on top of listening to customers!
Hi Brian, yes, the problem
Hi Brian, yes, the problem is with the left wing. I make sure it is snapped-in but when I put it on, it gets unattached from one of the "locks" or "hooks" and this causes the whole wing to fall off.
Thanks for your response, I'll call the service department.
Thank you.

We do the best we can to "listen" to our customers even if it takes scanning the hundreds of blogs and forums like this... ;) We like to listen but love to perform. (just like our product lines) By the way - I love your name - my daughter is named Kiley!

Mauricio[/quote]Yes Please do - This could be a problem with the unit that accepts the wing on the left side. It should be sent back for warranty evaluation.

Holy cow, it's one thing to have good customer service when customers contact you, but to go out and look for customers with questions is crazy. Well done!!!
I've seen it on other forums
I've seen it on other forums too, it is impressive. I would have been more impressed if the responder's name was Rudy. And even moreso if he/she explained that every employee is required to be named Rudy or to change their name to Rudy.

jsk85,
I took your advise and spent several hours down at the courthouse. It was a real pain but it's done now. My name is officially RUDY!! I am currently rolling out a plan for all employees of Rudy Project North America to do the same or seek employment elsewhere...
JUST KIDDING...
All kidding aside, we take our product seriously. We work hard but play HARDER and we know our customers live the same way. So when we hear (or see) of a customer needing assistance, we simply drop things and take care of it! Take care and we hope to be there for you in the future.
