The suit should be snug. But you should have full flexibility. Which suit is it? Here's a video of how to properly put on a wetsuit....

I have a friend who lives in Kona. She is training again and could help you. Her name is Cathy. PM me and I will give you her number. Her fiance Danny is suppose be training for his first too.

so i live in kailua kona and have had no reason for a wet suit because the water usually hovers between 80-76 all year round. now, i've signed up for a triathlon on the mainland and have picked up a wetsuit for the swim since the water will be somewhere in the the hi 50's to low 60's. the point is ive never swam in a suit and now am getting really bad rear shoulder pain in it. ive only done 2 swims in it so is it a getting used to it issue or is it something else. i think that it fits fine, maybe a little tight, but they have to fit tight, right?
help, i'm freaking out about the cold water.
