Thanks for the story. I plan to make the trip up to CMS next summer to get my first tri bike b/c I've heard so many good things about them. Hearing this story just confirms others views on CMS.

i wasn't going to post about this, but after my experience at colorado multisport I felt like i should probably say something. when people refer to this as a 'family' it is not just a nice symbol. the suit I had wanted was out of stock (blue70 synergie), but they had plenty of the helix. however, that was just too much to pay. the person helping me was almost apologetic, and seemed bummed that they couldn't get me in the suit i wanted. they told me to try the helix and if it fit and I liked it they'd make the price work. well, it fit, obviously i loved it and at the end of the day it was only $40 more out of my pocket. great suit, great store, super nice employees. hope everyone is doing well!
