Since it's tough to find time to get on the road when you've got a 3 year-old, I've been spending gobs o' time in the garage on the trainer. I love the "Rides" series from Endurance, and I've been riding through several of the Spinerval DVDs (I've also got "On the Road -Tucson" on the way - I'm excited to try this as I really like the "Rides" format). Anyway, when I also saw the "Cycling Fitness Results" series at Endurance, I thought this might be worth trying. So, has anyone here used these DVDs? What's the format; i.e., on the road (like "Rides"), or on trainers in a gym (like "Spinervals")? What's the quality of the workout, the production values, the music, etc? I would be ineterested to hear from anyone who has these DVDs.
