YEAH! A fellow race director! I have our starting budget for a duathlon that I'm planning...but it should at least have most of the key elements that you need. What distance are you planning for? How many people do you mean by "small"?

Hey everyone,
I am trying to start a triathlon here in Southside VA (between Richmond and Lynchburg) and am in need of some help. It will be small this year but we are trying to prepare for larger next year and am in need of a sample budget. Does anyone out there (race directors, fitness, etc) have a sample budget of what to expect?
