Is there a common-accepted definition of the Heart Rate Zones (for cycling)?

Up to now I've never much used my HRM, mostly running, biking, swimming on pace or on feel. But since my running injury has forced me to spend serious time on my indoor bike trainer, I hooked-up my HRM and have been trying to follow routines that describe X minutes in Zone 2, X minutes in Zone 4, etc., etc.

So I set out to determine mine (for cycling) and put them on a reference card. But then I've found in a couple of books I have and on the web several conflicting versions of what these five zones are. For example, some will describe Zone 2 as 65% to 72% of max, others as 60% to 70%, etc. As a 50-year old male with MaxHR (cycling) of 170 and RHR of about 45, there's tons of versions.

Is there an accepted common-language for these so that when you find a spin-workout in an article or web-site it's understood to mean X% to Y% of MaxHR?
