Ok, I need to pull from the vast resource that is the trifuel community. For the next two months I will be away from any form of gym or bike. I will have running, swimming, and rocks and sand. What I need is a workout that I can do without weights while my wife is conducting surveys or simply analyzing data.

A while back there was an article in Mens Health (2001?) that had a navy seal workout with push-ups, dive-bombers, leg lifts, etc. Anyone out there have that workout or one similar that I can fold up in my pocket? (I wont have direct access to internet either)

I'm a little concerned about the lack of bike, but I know I can make it work. I'll just be strong in some obscure skill like coconut juggling.

Anyway, thanks for your help!

-Brandon

well, i found this workout online and it seems to work for me. do the following set of things 3X:
30 crunches w/ your legs up on something
20-25 pushups
20-25 side crunches(each side of course)
15 dips(pull two chairs together or something of that sort)
30 reg crunches
15 curls each arm(fill a water bottle or half gallon full gallon or something with sand or water and curl it if u dont want weights)
its pretty easy and you can do it at home fairly quickly.

Try Men's Journal. Here's a list of some of their workouts. There's a runner's one and a best shape of your life one that has stuff like knife fighter pushups, dive-bomber pushups, jump squats, etc.

btw, if you didn't catch their 100 Best Websites Issue (August 2004) Trifuel.com was listed in the sports category:

Also check out Outside's BodyWork sections:

They also have Shape of Your Life from 2002 with Laird Hamilton:
