3,300 meter swim this morning. 600 warm up, 150 x 8 with :20 rest, 100 x 8 with :15 rest, 50 x 8 with :10 rest, 300 cool down.
Have an 8 mile group run tonight, hopefully it will not be in the rain like last Wed.
lifted biceps 35 min, core focus 20 min, taught 1 hour spin class...
I have an in-the-gym Olympic Length tri planned for tomorrow (1 spin will have to do for the bike leg)..I can't wait!! I love the crazy looks I get from the other gym folks when I do these.
Yo Ted, that 3hr ride sounds nice. It's still below freezing here. I'm afraid if I went that long I'd shatter.

5 km swim - pretty much all i can do at the moment until i can start running again. Good job i like the water although I am finding I am getting to a bit of a 'performance stand-still' at the moment :(
10 mile run with middle miles at tempo...significant climb in this course...The rain started just as we got back to our cars...
30 minutes in the pool..laps and drill practice...
Tons of kick intervals in the pool. I thought the coach was trying to kill us. 4 1/2 mile run in the evening.

Went out for a three hour ride with the team right after class.
It was pretty nice to get back on the bike but I've been studying a lot, not eating right with probably about 7 hours of sleep split over the last 48 hours. So now it is nap time.
