Searching the IM Results
Donna- Congrats that is awesome...I am hoping to do LP one of these years. I hope I can get into an IM in 2009
I like to use SportStats' Lake Placid Results but I'm not seeing the gender place filled in there this time.
Congrats on the PR... and sweet run!! :) Too bad the pros started earlier, or you would have cross the line with Desiree Ficker! That would be pretty cool.
Oh, just noticed something: on Ironman.com if you go to the athlete tracker and say to show all women, the top of the screen says "Note: Results limited to the first 100 of 683 matches." So perhaps 683? The men filter says of 1904 matches, and that seems like about the right total for the race.
Thanks, everyone. Kylie, that is exactly what I needed to know. I must have missed that 683 matches thing. I had a feeling you would know the answer to my question :)
That thing about Desiree Ficker was pretty damn cool! Even though she had a bad race it was still fun to tell people that I tied her!

A GOOD SITE THAT I LIKE FOR RESULTS IS WWW.ATHLINKS.COM
JUST TYPE IN YOUR NAME AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR RESULTS.
IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE NAMES, YOU CAN COMBINE YOUR RACE RESULTS.
You'll have to go AG by AG. Go to the NA sports site and click on Results then go through the song and dance about which race and year. In the filter box start with W20-24 (You may want to check 20 and under) and start countin'!

Hey everyone!
So LP was a total sufferfest for me but I PRed by 17 minutes! It was pretty exciting. I aged up this year and unfortunately, although I was faster, last year I was 8th in my AG and this year I was 10th! Women in the 30-34 AG are so impressively fast! Anyway, I know I was the 27th woman (including pros) but I was wondering if anyone knew how many woman raced? The results only list the first 100 women...
Thanks!
