I did this course last year(sprint) doing the Oly this year, the whole course is very flat, and very fast(even though I am not), I just emailed the race director about water temps, no update, but it should be about the same as last year, low 80's high 70's in a nice calm lake. Can't ask for much more than that.

Muskoka 70.3 had video previews as well, and it was fun to get to see. Although I skipped parts because they were moving too slow for my attention span that day ;)
