Another knee pain question
Never had experience with this, but can you try to be a bit more specific with where you are experiencing the pain? Here are some pictures to help...
(Right Leg)

Thanks-this is interesting to see
Yep-its it in the area of oblique popliteas muscle or the fibular collateral ligaments--somewhere kind of on that side-more towards the lower part of my knee-making it's way up
not to cross pollinate topics, but just like the hip pain people, i would say find a good chiropractor who works with athletes and is not afraid to adjust hips and knees and anything else sore.
i thought i had a knee problem, but after my really really really good chiropractor adjusted my hips the knee pain went away.
seems like you knee pain is being aggrivated by the movement and so i'm guessing it is a mechanical issue.

I've been experiencing pain behind my knee-not really right behind the knee cap but at back of my knee itself (on my left knee-maybe towards the left hand side a bit).
It doesn't even actually begin hurting until I stop-once I stop it will hurt the rest of the run-but mostly when I am walking. The next day it will feel okay during the day-until I start running (or actually until I walk-on a run). weird, I know.
I've been searching just to try to figure out what is exactly hurting (without having to visit the dr. quite yet) and if there is anything I can do to help this. I ice after I run (only happens during runs-never on biking) and take nsaids but it seems to always happen.
Any ideas?
