I was on my Cateye 1000 a bunch a while back and used interval pyramids to build up my endurance, gently. I would use the wattage output to set up a workout. :45 @ 250 watts, then :15 @ 275 for a half an hour or so.

Check out this website and buy the spinning workout videos they sell....I have several IM friends that use them regularly. I am a spin instructor and make up my own classes, but have considered buying these to expand my own drill mix.

These are the only ones I have used, but I can tell you that they are GREAT! My coach (IM competitor) uses them too.

I recently purchased an indoor bike and I really need a training program of some sort to point me in the right direcetion( I plan on doing a sprint race this year), any help will be greatly appreciated.
