Went for an hour-long recovery run. 6 miles by 'ranger-bead'. Felt great. It's JUST about to start raining here, so it sounds like the weather is moving northward.
Also set-up a mini-forum for the Small Island Voice Project on NOI. Here's the link:
It's basically a place where we can establish project status and provide interested parties a look at where things are at, and what we're doing.

6.5 mile recovery run - in the friggin rain! Raining here in SoCal yet again. Looks like the weather is going to screw with my weekend yet again. This has been a crummy year so far weatherwise.
