Well I am a newbie to Triathlons having not done one yet, I have a few scheduled for next Summer and 2 months ago started training for them so I'm very excited. However I have noticed a ton of people in my area that are not comfortable with the swim leg of the race. I on the other hand need work on the run haha. Anyway I live in the Philly area and would love to offer anyone help that needs it. I have been on several swim teams since I was 8 years old summer and winter, went to states in High School on Varisty, and also swam in college. I was also a lifeguard and swam year round to train so I know the amount of work it takes to swim like a beast, especially in open water and not the country club.
