Moving is harder than most workouts! Glad to hear you're moving on up.
You are welcome to join a ride.. Leaving Fletcher Cove (@ Lomas Santa Fe off the 5 in San Diego) ride to Lake Hodges run and head back to Fletcher Cove. Bring a bag with your running shoes to give to coach and then you are good to go. I will have a silver MAZDA with SCOTINA on the plate and you should see a lot of Team In Training purple... Thats us.
We will leave at 8:00 am and you should expect to be out till 12:00 noon.
