just added some new things to the site. now members can blog. see my blog post:
http://www.trifuel.com/people/tribro/blog/2008/07/06/14560/new-blogs-for-members

Also added some more spam control pieces. captcha when registering to help prevent spam bots from signing up, and added "report this page" to posts and comments. you'll see links for that on the posts and the individual comments, this will shoot me an email and I can better track, manage, and delete questionable content.

With the changes will most likely come some hiccups, so if you notice something please let me know. we have lots of different sections and content now and I'll need to do some page redesigns soon to accommodate all the stuff and make it easier to filter through... again thanks for your patience on getting this stuff done and your continued support of our little community.

This is a great victory in the fight against spam. I salute you, Tribro.

btw, I'm so tempted to report this post. I'm hoping that by saying this, it will be enough for me and I'll be able to resist the temptation.

Very Cool Tribro. I've been debating setting up a separate blog just for this, but would definitely use this instead. I'll try it soon!

To tri or not to tri - that's not a question at all!

Tribro....

Is there any way to fix the issue of auto-parsing links? Is this a Drupal limitation, or just something in the Trifuel inner-workings? Or, is it an anti-spam issue? Not that it's that big a deal to have to repost links, but it seems to be happening a lot recently. I know that this came up in one of the earlier forum admin threads, but I don't remember what the issue was other than you were working on it.

Just curious...

would it be possible to put some more spaces between the "edit", "report this page" & "quote" links at the bottom of the posts?
mucho gracias!

+1.

And, this is totally nitpicky, but could you move it back to where the "Quote" was on the left. I've clicked "report this page" like 10 times on accident. I know that I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I hope I'm not the only one who's had problems with this.

i will look into these. the spacing shouldn't be too difficult, i'll check on the link order and parsing.
