<3 giro
that's good to know. i have an '02 eclipse (one level down from the pneumo)... i just went and checked to be sure that sticker was still on it...
I got the last 02 model on sale 2 years ago because it was the PINK one :-P
doesn't go at all with my red and gray/black color scheme -- gray bike; red bar tape, h2o cages, striped race tires, speedplay pedals.... both my high school and college jerseys are red/black...
and now i'm the silly little girly with the pink helmet
at least no one will give any thought about an attack on a steep hill by someone wearing a pink helmet for the first few races...
no complaints aboat the helmet itself though...
catwood - just a thought, you might want to think about replacing your helmet. I also had the same helmet you had (not pink though) and loved it. The problem is that the protection in the helmets breaks down over time and puts you at risk if you crash (at least that's what I've been told by the "experts"). They tell me that you shouldn't wear the same helmet for more than a couple of years and if you crash at all on it, trash it. That's just the advice I was given so I thought I would pass that along. They are expensive to replace though so I like how Giro came through with the replacement part. I do love there product.

I've had my pneumo for about a year now and i've loved the helmet. I recently had a piece of the inner "roc-loc" system break on me. So Monday I sent an email to giro letting them know I had a problem with the helmet. I got an email back within an hour asking me for my helmet's serial # (i'm glad i left these stickers on) and my address and they said the part should be there in one to two weeks.
Well it's now thursday afternoon, three days later, and I already got the box from giro, snapped the new roc-loc system in and my helmet is fixed.
So, I would just like to say.. good job giro, they've made me a client for life.
