1 hour bike ride in the hills around Porter Ranch. 1 hour recovery run for lunch. Now it's time to dig into this big fat turkey sammich.

45 min cycling
4 hilly miles run

Heading out to a 3 hour mtg for work...I hope I can keep my eyes open! :p

i did a brick - bike/run - 25miles and 6miles- first time ever doing this - in keeping with my "random" training - i just wanted to see what it felt like. i'm slow though - 1:35 and :55.

boze - that's great, now you know an olympic will be no problem.

I did 30 minutes weights this morning. will jump on the trainer for 60 minutes tonight.

32 km indoor trainer ride after work whilst enjoying a few episodes of "Father Ted" series 2. I suspect I'm entering a bit of a trough in my training as this workout was a total grind and it was all I could do to maintain a cadence above 90 even in the easy gears.

My usual Tuesday swim workout of 30 minutes over the lunch hour.
Snowed a couple inches here in KC so relegated to the treadmill for an evening run.
40 minutes at an easy pace. Kept the HR below 150 for most of the time.
Then shovelled the driveway as a cool down :)
