I live in Brookhaven, about a mile from Lenox Mall. I swim at Dynamo, and run with Team Spirit http://www.teamspiritrunners.org , they put together some good bike rides too, I usually ride silk sheets, covington or the silver comet. Workout at LA Fitness in Buckhead.
