HIM taper
Assuming the race is on Sunday.
Monday :30 swim + :15 run (slightly faster than race pace)
Tuesday :45 bike + :30 run with pickups
Wednesday OFF
Thursday :15 swim + :30 bike + :15 run (all at race pace)
Friday OFF
Saturday :15 swim + :30 bike + :15 run (all at race pace)
Sunday RACE
Aren't you following a plan though? You could search this site and see what their plan says.

I'd take off the day before. No walkin' around the expo. Sit on the bed and watch TV in the hotel. Just me though.

Anyone have some suggestions on a HIM taper? Say 1 week before the race?
