I had the pleasure of doing a tri with my dad (and sister) yesterday, so can't really imagine a better way for us to spend a fathers day.

Have always enjoyed running TRIs and other events with sons.
I'm looking forward to the day when I run a TRI with my grandson too ... in about 10 years !

I was busy playing with the kids all day yesterday.
