45 minutes on the indoor trainer after work for me. Just a nice easy spin to ease into the weekend.

Great run. I'd give it an 'A'. Awesome form, awesome tempo, felt strong throughout. Yesterday's blisters reared their ugly heads as I should have drained them yesterday. Lesson learned. Ran with Tony (Ironman/Marathoner) and I really feel that contributed to the experience. Conversational pace throughout. It was supposed to be a cadence/recovery run but it ended up just being a cadence run.
