This may be and is probably a stupid question, but is it possible to convert a rear HED 3 to a front HED 3 by changing out the bearings or anything? I am trying to figure out a race wheel setup and make it as little effort for myself.
I think the hub structure of a rear wheel and front wheel are totally different, especially on carbon tri spokes. If it was a regular spoked wheel you could change the hub and relace the spokes. Not sure though, never really looked at HED 3's that closely.
